There are three easy ways to register for convention.

1) Download the proper form, complete it and send along with payment to:

2) Download the proper form, complete it, including payment information, and fax to:

3) Complete the form online, including payment information, save it and e-mail the completed PDF document to:

    registration@alphachiomega.org

General Registrant Full Time
Who should use this form? If you plan to attend convention from beginning to end, participate in all activities and do not fall within categories below, this is the form for you.
Most convention attendees will use this form.

General Registrant Part Time
Who should use this form? If you are attending as the guest (includes family members and non-members) of a full-time registrant, or if you do not plan to participate in all of the meals and activities, this is the form for you.

If you are an Arizona resident and plan to work as a volunteer for a minimum of 3 hours, this form is for you.
