Hey sisters!!
I need help with ideas to help our Fall 11 become the best recruiters on the row! We've had small successes with recruitment in the past and I want to change that. Please help me with ideas or activities you have your girls do to help them prepare for recruitment

What chapter are you?
Have you contacted your Recruitment Specialist and Jen Patterson at Headquarters? I would start there! They can connect you with other chapters and work with you like a recruitment advisor to bounce ideas, look at return rates, talk strategy, etc.
You can find their email addresses by logging in to the website and checking the database
