IMPACT Resources

What is IMPACT alpha chi omega?

IMPACT alpha chi omega works as a chapter retreat designed to bring an entire chapter together to plan positive change for the chapter. The curriculum of IMPACT alpha chi omega focuses on identifying key commitment areas which will allow participants to address major issues facing the chapter and to create a plan for change.

Participants will be expected to attend and be actively involved in all events scheduled during IMPACT alpha chi omega. Facilitators and participants will leave their everyday schedules and environments to focus on the chapter experience currently being offered to members. The bonds created between alumnae and undergraduates through this interaction will result in sustained communication and commitment.

IMPACT alpha chi omega is in its 5th year and has seen many changes throughout the years. This program is a valuable experience to our chapters and offers them the opportunity to go from “Good to Great”.
