A Training Retreat for Chapter Advisors!

The theme for the weekend is “The Three Strings of the Lyre.” We will have sessions focusing on you, on the chapter, and on the national organization throughout Friday and Saturday.

Our “faculty” will include members of headquarters staff and experienced chapter advisors from around the country.

In sticking with the camp theme, we will offer all the usual ingredients: s’mores, crafts, singing, a bit of "roughing it,”and the ever present Alpha Chi Omega high spirits.

WHO’S COMING?

We will have chapter advisors coming from California to Florida and from Wisconsin to Texas. Most are new or relatively new at their jobs while a few are more experienced, but they say that you never stop learning in this position!

Like you, they say they want to learn about what’s expected of them, how to empower and motivate chapter members, how to deal with chapterissues, and what resources are available to them. They want to network and get to know you so that when they go home, they won’t feel so isolated.
