The Education and Philanthropy Department at Alpha Chi Omega Headquarters is devoted to the development and implementation of programming that realizes the Alpha Chi Fraternity Mission Statement: Alpha Chi Omega is a national women's organization that enriches the lives of members through lifetime opportunities for friendship, leadership, learning and service.
The goal is to provide programming that reinforces each of the four values in the following manner:
To develop and sustain relationships that are mutually enriching and to enable our members to stay connected to each other and to the Fraternity.
To discover and enhance women's leadership potential in all settings and ages.
To foster a desire for lifelong learning.
To cultivate a spirit of service with particular support for the victims of domestic violence as well as support for The MacDowell Colony.
