Planned Giving

The Alpha Chi Omega Foundation is charged with providing the financial resources to ensure the story of Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity - its educational and philanthropic purposes, its mission and values - continues to be told.

Planning ahead is the key.

Planning ahead gives us the power to think big, to go beyond routine needs to achieve something more lasting. By making long-term plans for our philanthropic goals, we can start something that could produce remarkable, even unexpected, results.

Planned gifts are, by definition, extraordinary.

As someone who believes in Alpha Chi Omega, we invite you to think ahead, and consider including the Alpha Chi Omega Foundation in your estate planning.

PLANNED GIVING OPTIONS

Perhaps the simplest planned gift is naming the Foundation as the beneficiary of a life insurance policy, retirement plan, living trust, CD, or other financial account.

Life income gifts can provide you with a continual source of income while reducing estate taxes. A charitable gift annuity is one type of life income gift, in which you enter into a contractual agreement with the Foundation and receive regular monetary payments in return for your donation.

Consider the ultimate source of individual support you can afford your sisterhood's Foundation - a bequest. A bequest transfers assets from your estate to the Alpha Chi Omega Foundation , while lessening your exposure to taxes. Make the decision today to include Alpha Chi Omega in your written and executed will. A bequest in the form of cash, securities, real estate, or personal property will go to sustain an enduring bond.

Through planned gifts, you may be able to realize long-term tax or financial advantages or contribute substantial one-time gifts. The information presented here is only a sample of the types of planned giving vehicles available to you. Please contact the Foundation for more information.
