Incorporated in 1996, the Alpha Chi Omega National Housing Corporation owns nineteen properties, leases eight properties, and provides facility management assistance to twenty-four Alpha Chi Omega chapters. The day-to-day financial management and property management of the owned, leased, and assisted properties is handled by the National Housing Corporation’s Housing Department located at Headquarters.
Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity has assigned to the Alpha Chi Omega National Housing Corporation the responsibility of all collegiate chapter facilities. The Fraternity expects the National Housing Corporation (“NHC”) to provide support and assistance to house corporations and property management groups so that the collegiate chapters have appropriate, competitive and safe facilities on their respective campuses.
Alpha Chi Omega National Housing Corporation shall provide expertise in financial planning and facility management in order to ensure all chapter facilities are financially self-supporting, safe and competitive, creating a positive community environment.
