We’re always interested in learning about campuses and communities that would like to partner with Alpha Chi Omega.
We’re one of 26 members of the
National Panhellenic Conference and we work under that organization’s rules. So if your campus already has sororities, your Panhellenic must vote to add a new sorority, entertain proposals, and then choose the organization that best fits your campus. If you don’t already have a Panhellenic, we may work directly with your college or university.
Many factors determine whether Alpha Chi Omega would consider establishing a chapter at your school, including:
- The number of women involved in fraternal organizations and the level of participation in those organizations.
- The number of women interested in the Greek experience.
- Housing availability or requirements.
- Alumnae members in the area who would support a collegiate chapter in their community.
