This is where the magic happens. For most Alpha Chi Omegas, the college years are the bonding years. The learning years. The transition years. You get to absorb so much knowledge. You move from little sis to big sis. You open the door to a world of friendships and contacts.
But as we tell our prospective members, new members and alumnae members, this won’t happen automatically. You have to take the initiative and make the effort. When you do, the rewards are remarkable.
In a way, we’re a wee bit envious (we’re writing this as alumnae). We had so much fun, met so many people, learned so much, experienced so much, and felt so deeply during our college years. If we could go back and do it all over again, we would. And this time around, we’d make even more of the opportunity.
You have the chance to do that. Now.

And all these opportunities and obligations belong to everyone in your chapter, not just officers. It’s really up to you.
