Educational Assistance Grants

Alpha Chi Omega Foundation educational assistance grants provide need-based funding for collegiate and alumnae members’ educational pursuits. Grant amounts vary each year depending on investment returns.

Educational assistance grants are awarded to those collegiate and alumnae members in good standing who are in need of financial assistance to continue their undergraduate or graduate education. These monies cannot be used to pay collegiate chapter dues and fees.

The amount of each grant will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the educational assistance grants committee of the Alpha Chi Omega Foundation, based on budgets and criteria adopted by the Foundation Board of Trustees.

An educational assistance grant may be used to support study abroad as long as the credits earned will be accepted towards graduation. Grants will be available for graduate study at a recognized foreign college or university.

Educational assistance grant applications are reviewed twice a year.  The fall deadline is October 1, and the spring deadline is May 1.
