At all the weddings I've attended, the groom sits in a chair on the dance floor, the bride sits in his lap, the AXOs surround them and sing. It's really cute if you print the lyrics in a fun font (coordinating with the wedding colors) and hand those out to the sisters. It is a good prompt for them on the wording and it is great for a scrapbook!
Check with our Chapter at Carthage College - great singers! to see if they can give you a copy of them singing the song!
