Hi, my name is Dawn Burnside from the Delta Lambda chapter at Ripon College and I'm trying to plan an Alpha Week for our new initiates.  I'm just trying to come up with some ideas to get them psyched to be in Alpha Chi Omega and learn a little about it as well.  Any ideas, let me know!
