National Council

The National Council is composed of dedicated volunteers who are elected to two-year terms at the biennial convention.

These six women direct Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc., always mindful of the organization’s strategic plan. They are the visionaries, leaders and ambassadors of Alpha Chi Omega’s past, present and future.

The real, strong women who serve on the National Council are initiates of chapters across the country and reflect all different professions and backgrounds.

Nominating National Council candidates

Six women will be elected to the National Council at the 2018 National Convention. These women will serve as the board of directors for the 2018-20 term. Nominating National Council candidates is each member’s privilege and responsibility; we invite you to participate in the process by sharing the names of prospective leaders with the National Nominating Committee (NNC).

An individual, collegiate chapter or alumnae chapter may submit the form, and members are also welcome to self-nominate. It is not necessary to include recommendations for all National Council positions. All information received is thoughtfully evaluated by each member of the NNC in strict confidentiality.
