Keys to service impact
The impact of Keys to Service extends far beyond the program itself. Through meaningful program experiences, participants build confidence, gain lasting connections and discover new ways to engage with the organizations and causes they care about.

Keys to Service is a four-week program designed to deepen members’ understanding of Alpha Chi Omega’s key values — wisdom, devotion, achievement and commitment — and apply them to meet real community needs. Each 75-minute virtual session includes interactive discussions and activities led by experienced Alpha Chi Omega alumnae and nonprofit professionals. Participants will receive curated resources, practical strategies for supporting domestic violence prevention organizations and nonprofits, and opportunities to grow alongside sisters. At the conclusion of the program, participants will receive a certificate and completion gift.
While Keys to Service is grounded in Alpha Chi Omega’s national philanthropy, domestic violence awareness and education, the program welcomes members with a heart for service in any area!
As a part of Alpha Chi Omega’s inclusion and belonging work, Alpha Chi Omega created the Keys to Service program, started in 2023 under the original program name of Social Justice Institute. The new program name, Keys to Service, more accurately describes the intended outcomes of the program and reflects Alpha Chi Omega’s history rooted in generosity, compassion and commitment to creating lasting impact in our local communities.
All Alpha Chi Omega alumnae and collegians are encouraged to apply.
Participants must commit to attending and fully participating in a virtual four-week program with 75-minute sessions (Wednesdays, February 3-24 at 8:15 p.m. EST / 7:15 p.m. CST / 6:15 p.m. MST / 5:15 p.m. PST).
The Keys to Service program is a fully virtual experience!
