Registration for the February 2025 event is not yet open. Check back soon for more details!

ATTENDEE INFORMATION

All collegiate chapters are required to send the VP recruitment, VP recruitment information and VP public relations and marketing. Any alternate attendee must be approved by the collegiate growth department staff.

Registration for collegiate attendees will open in November.

Chapters should make sure to update Lyre Links with new officers when they are elected so that Alpha Chi Omega can share registration information and event details with them. Attendees will also have some pre-work to complete so they can get the most out of this weekend!

Registration fees

Registration fees, which should be included in each chapter’s budget, cover the costs of hotel accommodations, some meals and educational materials. Meals included are dinner on Friday; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday; and breakfast on Sunday. All other meals are the responsibility of the participant.

LODGING

Collegiate Growth Academy will be held at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown (350 W. Maryland St, Indianapolis, IN 46225). Reservations will be booked for each attendee by headquarters. Hotel check-in time is 3 p.m. EST, and check-out time is 11 a.m. EST. Roommate assignments will be managed by headquarters; collegiate officers will be assigned to room with members of their chapter delegation with three officers per room.

Attendees needing to arrive on Thursday, February 20 will need to make arrangements with the collegiate growth team to ensure an additional night’s stay in the same hotel is reserved. Cost of the additional night will be the responsibility of the chapter.

TRANSPORTATION

Each chapter must make its own transportation arrangements to Indianapolis. Please be sure to make flight reservations or travel plans as early as possible to reduce cost and ensure that your officers are prepared to attend.

If you are flying to Indianapolis, please consider the following:

  • Verify your airline’s policies related to cancellations or changes prior to booking. Many “economy” or “basic” flight options do not allow for any changes to flight plans, which could be costly for the chapter in the event an officer can no longer attend. Additionally, regardless of ticket type, airlines do not allow you to transfer tickets to another person once they have been purchased, which is why we highly recommend reviewing your airline’s change policies prior to purchasing.

  • The Indianapolis Marriott Downtown is approximately 30 minutes from the Indianapolis International Airport (IND). Transportation options from the airport to the hotel may include taxis, Uber or Lyft. You may also consider scheduling a car service in the event a taxi, Uber or Lyft is not readily available. Click here for a full list of car services at the Indianapolis airport.

If you are driving to Indianapolis, the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown is on the southwest side of downtown Indianapolis, near Lucas Oil Stadium and Victory Field. Driving directions are available through your favorite mapping program or on the hotel's website. For additional information, please refer to your confirmation email.

On-site registration for Collegiate Growth Academy begins at 12 p.m. EST on Friday, February 21. All participants should plan to arrive at the hotel no later than 5 p.m. EST on Friday evening. Do not book a return flight that leaves before 2 p.m. EST. We ask that all attendees stay until the conclusion of Collegiate Growth Academy.

VOLUNTEERING AT Collegiate Growth ACADEMY

FACILITATORS

Collegiate Growth Academy breakout facilitators, who are Alpha Chi Omega alumnae and volunteers, are primarily responsible for preparing for and conducting small group sessions. These gatherings will complement large group and officer sessions and will provide opportunitiesforattendees to develop leadership skills, apply whattheyvelearned and make personal connections with their peers.

Those selected will be expected to arrive in Indianapolis by the evening of Thursday, February 20 and can depart in the afternoon on Sunday, February 23. Alpha Chi Omega will cover the cost of each facilitator’s travel, hotel accommodations and meals while on-site.
