Collegiate Growth Academy

Collegiate Growth Academy is Alpha Chi Omega’s premietraining for recruitment officersThis weekend is designed to provide specialized recruitment support and practical tools to help chapters grow stronger, more connected and even more successful in their recruitment efforts.  

For CGA 2026, select collegiate chapters will be required to send their vice president recruitment and vice president recruitment information. The 2026 Collegiate Growth Academy is by invitation only. Any alternate attendees from invited chapters must be approved by the collegiate growth team.

ATTENDEE INFORMATION  

Collegiate Growth Academy 2026 is by invitation only. Invited chapters have been notified individually and are required to send the vice president recruitment and vice president recruitment information. Any alternate attendee from an invited chapter must be approved by the collegiate growth team. 

Registration fee 

Registration fees cover the costs of hotel accommodations, some meals and educational materials. Meals included are dinner on Friday; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday; and breakfast on Sunday. All other meals are the responsibility of the participant 

LODGING 

Collegiate Growth Academy will be held at the Marriott Indianapolis North (3645 River Crossing Parkway, Indianapolis, IN 46240). Room reservations will be booked for each attendee by headquarters. Roommate assignments will be managed by headquarters; collegiate officers will be assigned to room with the other officer from their chapter delegation, with two officers per room. Hotel check-in time is 4 p.m. EST, and check-out time is 11 a.m. EST. 

Attendees needing to arrive on Thursday, February 12 will need to make arrangements with the collegiate growth team to ensure an additional night’s stay in the same hotel is reserved. The cost of the additional night will be the responsibility of the chapter. 

TRANSPORTATION

If you are flying to Indianapolis, please consider the following: 

  • Once attendees have registered for CGA, they will receive a separate email with detailed instructions on using the Concur travel system, including log-in information to create an account and guidance on booking travel. If you do not know your Concur login credentials or have issues accessing the website, please email the collegiate growth team. 

  • Verify your airline’s policies related to cancellations or changes prior to booking. In the event you can no longer attend and need to either cancel your flight or substitute your attendee, please contact the collegiate growth team prior to cancelling the flight.  

  • The Marriott Indianapolis North is approximately 30 minutes from the Indianapolis International Airport (IND).  

If you are driving to Indianapolis, the Marriott Indianapolis North is minutes from the Keystone Crossing District and the Fashion Mall. Driving directions are available through your favorite mapping program or on the hotel’s website
