Collegiate Growth Academy is Alpha Chi Omega's premier recruitment training. This weekend is designed to provide specialized recruitment support and practical tools to help chapters grow stronger, more connected and even more successful in their recruitment efforts.

Collegiate Growth Academy breakout facilitators, who are Alpha Chi Omega alumnae and friends, are primarily responsible for preparing for and conducting small group sessions. These gatherings will provide opportunities for officers to receive individual recruitment coaching while developing their leadership skills and applying what they’ve learned to their own chapter experiences.
Breakout facilitator applications open in early fall.
ATTENDEE INFORMATION
All collegiate chapters are required to send the vice president recruitment and vice president recruitment information. Any alternate attendee must be approved by the collegiate growth department staff.
Registration for collegiate attendees will open in November.
