Website Redesign

Frequently Asked Questions

At the top of every page, you’ll see four icons. When you click on the person icon, you will be redirected to a login page for your member portal, My Alpha Chi. There is also a link to “Log in to My Alpha Chi” in the footer, and the credentials you previously used for the website will provide the same access to members-only content – now conveniently located in one place.

My Alpha Chi is your personal member portal, a convenient way to access all the members-only content in one place! Depending on your role with Alpha Chi Omega, you will have access to the following features, resources and forms:

  • The Resource Center, with an intuitive search feature to help you locate forms and resources to support you in your role
  • Lyre Links for officer reports
  • The Heights Learning Center for trainings
  • The recruitment recommendation form to let chapters know about outstanding potential new members
  • The volunteer interest form to connect you with ways to get involved
  • Your personal information to stay connected with Alpha Chi Omega
  • A new and improved member and chapter search
  • Additional information about Enterprise events and registration

Your username and password will not change with this update. The credentials you used to access the website previously should be used to log into My Alpha Chi.

If you are unable to log into My Alpha Chi with your previous credentials, please contact us.

Award applications and nominations will be listed under Notable Dates and Deadlines on the Events page when the processes are opened and closed.

Award recipients will be announced on the Alpha Chi Announcements and Releases page

Awards guides – both collegiate and alumnae – can be found in the Resource Center after logging in to your member portal, My Alpha Chi.

Collegiate members receive the magazine quarterly to their permanent address on file with headquarters. Alumnae members receive the magazine quarterly when they reach the Life Loyal Roll through cumulative gifts to the Alpha Chi Omega Foundation of $299 or more as part of our donor communications plan.

You can check your donation history in your member profile.

On the website, you can find additional information about volunteering and the opportunities available on the Volunteering Opportunities page (found under Member Experience > Alumnae > Volunteering). The best way to learn more about volunteer opportunities, however, is to log into My Alpha Chi and complete the Volunteer Interest Form under your profile.

Currently, The Heights contains trainings for collegiate chapter officers, collegiate chapter new members, collegiate and alumnae volunteers and potential alumnae members. If you have access to THLC, you will be redirected into the platform from My Alpha Chi without being prompted to log in again. If your role does not have access to THLC, you will be redirected to a login page, on which your My Alpha Chi credentials will not work.

Additional information about The Heights can be found under Membership Programming on The Heights Learning Center page.
