Our upcoming engagement campaign is an ongoing effort to update, maintain and better utilize our alumnae data so we can continue to best serve our sisters. We have partnered with Publishing Concepts, Inc. to help collect information from as many alumnae as possible and produce the 2020 Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity Alumnae Directory.
 
Starting soon, PCI will be contacting you via mail, phone and email asking you to participate by updating your contact information.

1. I received an email/postcard/phone call from a company asking for my personal information. They said they were working on a directory for Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity. Is this a legitimate project, or is it a scam?

We have partnered with PCI (also known as Publishing Concepts) to produce our new alumnae directory. PCI is a company located in Dallas, TX and Virginia Beach, VA that publishes directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities and military organizations across the nation. This project will provide Alpha Chi Omega with important updates to our database so we know more about our alumnae and how we can better serve you and our sisters.

2. Why are you trying to update my information?

Over time, many of us move around and it’s easy to lose touch – but without current contact information, you could be missing out on important news, events and opportunities to connect with your sisters through Alpha Chi.

3. How do I know my information will only be used for directory purposes?

Alpha Chi Omega has a contractual agreement with PCI that states:
a. The names, addresses and information provided to PCI by Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. for the publication of the Directory will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the Directory and except as required by court order or law.

b. The Directory will be made available only to alumnae of Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc.. Upon completion of the project, PCI will return to Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. any and all electronic files that have been supplied to Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. or produced by PCI in connection with the production of the Directory.

4. How can I verify and update my information?

If you have received a postcard or an email with a telephone number, you can call the number to speak with a dedicated representative for the Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity project. The representative will verify all the information we have on file for you and make any updates where needed.
If you have received an email with an embedded link, you can go to the online site to review your information. If you have questions, you may call PCI’s customer service desk at 1.800.982.1590.

5. Can anyone purchase a directory?

The Alpha Chi Omega Alumnae Directory is available for sale only to Alpha Chi Omega alumnae.

6. Can I choose some or all of my information not to be printed in the directory?

When you call to update your information, you can tell the representative what information you would prefer to have excluded. You may also communicate this information to the PCI customer service desk (1.800.982.1590) or to Alpha Chi directly.

7. I ordered a directory/package over the phone and would like to cancel my order. How do I do this?

Call the PCI customer service help desk at 1.800.982.1590 for help with cancellation.

8.  I ordered a directory but haven’t received it. How long will it take to receive my directory?

Directories will be shipped at the end of our data collection project. We expect all directories to be complete and shipped in February 2020.

9. What is the last date I can update my information before the directory goes to print?
Ideally, all updates should be received by August 9, 2019. If you need to update information after that date, please contact the PCI Customer Service Desk at 1-800-982-1590, or by email at customerservice@publishingconcepts.com

10. I’m an Alpha Chi Omega alumna – why haven’t I heard from PCI?

If you haven’t received a postcard, email or phone call from PCI, there’s a good chance you’re a “lost sister” – and we want to hear from you! Please call or email Alpha Chi Omega directly to update your member information.
