January 8, 2021
(as stated in 1/8/21 email to collegiate chapter officers)

As chapter facilities reopen, it is vital that all members continue to follow the safety guidelines previously provided by Alpha Chi Omega and available on the Virtual Engagement page in the Resource Center. During the move-in process and after, chapters are expected to follow these guidelines in the chapter facilities as we all work together to keep ourselves and others safe:

  1. Do not return to the chapter facility if you are experiencing symptoms of, have been exposed to or have a confirmed case of COVID-19.
  2. Maintain a safe social distance when around others.
  3. Wear a face covering when outside of your individual living space.
  4. Wash/sanitize your hands often.

Please review the Chapter Facility COVID-19 Guidelines and the Opening AXΩ: Guidelines for Returning to the Chapter Facility resource, as there is a lot of important information to understand.
