Project Scope
When complete, the newly constructed chapter house will sleep 55 residents and a house director. The facility will also have multiple common area spaces that can be used to connect, lead, grow and serve - including a multi-purpose chapter and dining space.

Green Light
On behalf of Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity and National Housing Corporation (NHC), we are excited to share that construction on our new home for Epsilon Upsilon Chapter will begin summer 2025!
Communications
Our intention is for the facility to open in fall 2026. During construction, the chapter’s currently leased off-site lounge space will remain available for chapter meetings and events.
Project funding and opportunities
The Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity and NHC know this investment is needed in our Epsilon Upsilon chapter home. While we work toward our construction start date, we invite alumnae and friends who are interested in contributing to the future Epsilon Upsilon chapter facility to do so through gifts to the Alpha Chi Omega Foundation.
