Alpha Chi Omega works to educate its own members, giving them tools to build their own healthy relationships, and to raise awareness of domestic violence by educating others on its impact and work being done to end it.

The Heights Learning Center is where Alpha Chi Omegas go to learn. Here, you’ll find everything from executive board officer training to soft-skills development and everything in between.

Women & Wisdom is an online networking experience designed to connect alumnae and collegians through professional interests and experiences.

Our organization strives to provide opportunities for members to authentically discuss their emotional well-being, discover practices to improve their self-care, and promote taking action to protect their own mental health while supporting others.

This multi-session educational experience is Alpha Chi Omega’s investment in the next generation of professionals, supporting the transition from collegiate to alumnae life. Through virtual sessions and connections with alumnae mentors, Capstone promotes the personal and professional development of participants, cultivating their leadership potential in their career, community and Alpha Chi Omega.

Social Justice Institute is Alpha Chi Omega's social justice-focused initiative encouraging greater awareness of social issues and a personal commitment to sustainable social justice efforts. Through a multi-session virtual experience, members will gain an affinity for initiating change and will work to create environments that promote diversity and inclusion within their communities and Alpha Chi Omega.  

Alpha Chi Omega hosts an online book club just for alumnae! Each month, you will have the opportunity to make connections with alumnae all over the country about the books we’re reading through virtual discussion in our Facebook group.

Volunteer Summit is Alpha Chi Omega’s premier alumnae leadership academy for chapter advisors and operational volunteer teams. It combines educational sessions with sisterhood to empower and support our volunteers as they work with our collegiate and alumnae members.

Leadership Academy is Alpha Chi Omega's premiere training for chapter presidents and executive board officers.

This training is a great opportunity for chapter officers to acquire new recruitment strategies and strengthen conversation skills, while learning how to create a values-based recruitment.

Our four programs are rotated among collegiate chapters each year and include InTune, Alcohol Skills Training Program (ASTP) and Let’s Talk Love.

We have partnered with Pi Kappa Phi, Sigma Nu and Zeta Tau Alpha to create a series of educational posters and conversation starters that addresses ways members can reduce risks.

We know that student health and safety is more than following policies or rules. It’s about making smart choices.  

Hazing of any nature is a matter that Alpha Chi Omega takes seriously and works to educate members throughout the year on what hazing is and how to prevent it.
