We All Have a Role in DVA
While the position was simple, I learned so much in such a short amount of time. In South Carolina, one in four women and one in six men are victims of domestic violence. I learned that there was so much more going on in the world than gamedays or Friday night plans.
Empowering Women Every Day
The definition of empowerment is the process of becoming stronger and more confident, especially in controlling one’s life and claiming one’s rights. Welcoming Our 300,000th Member
What started with seven young women at DePauw University has grown into a sisterhood of hundreds of thousands of real, strong women. We’re thrilled to welcome Lily Heddinghaus from the Delta Omega chapter at University of Kentucky as Alpha Chi Omega’s 300,000th initiated member!
Growth and Support
Each June, we recognize LGBTQ Pride Month. Alpha Chi Omega shares informative resources and highlights the individual experiences of sisters who identify as LGBTQ – like Madison Wilson, a collegiate member of our Kappa Rho (University of North Carolina at Charlotte) chapter.
